This California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies to California residents (“you,” “your,” or “consumers”) who use the GetFood platform, including our website (www.get.food.com) and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Vhizy LLC (“Vhizy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 8 The Grn Ste 12788, Dover, DE 19901. This Notice supplements our general and is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended (CCPA), the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), and other applicable California laws. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information, as well as your rights under California law.

We collect personal information to provide and improve our services, which connect you with restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops (“Merchants”) for online ordering and delivery.   • Personalize your experience with tailored recommendations and promotions.

  • Analyze and improve Platform functionality and performance.

  • Comply with legal obligations, such as tax reporting.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information
